Abstract
Выполнен сравнительный анализ микрофлоры воды и кожных покровов дельфинов - афалин при бассейновом содержании в естественной и хлорированной морской воде и в открытых прибрежных вольерах. Отмечено изменение количественных и качественных характеристик микрофлоры среды обитания и кожных покровов в зависимости от температуры воды, других физико-химических и микробиологических свойств. Определены доминирующие группы, способные вызывать кожные поражения у афалин при содержании в неволе.
Description
Investigated microbiological characteristics of microflora of an inhabitancy of dolphins at basin contents in natural and chlorinated sea water and in open coastal open-air cages. The comparative analysis of quantitative and quality indicators of microflora of water and microflora of the skin of dolphins was carried out. Change of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of microflora of an inhabitancy and skin is marked depending on temperature parameters of water, other physical and chemical and microbiological properties. The dominating groups of microorganisms have been determined, which are capable to cause skin diseases of dolphins at the constraints in bondage in various conditions.
