Coefficients of the volumetric completeness (K) are suggested to be used to accelerate and facilitate the labour-consuming process of the cell volume calculation for species of Exuviaella Cienk. genus. K values are adduced for 17 species with different cell shape and parameters’ relation. The error of counting with usage of K amounts to ±0.5 — ±4.0 % comparing with the «real» cell volume and is induced, mainly, by intraspecies dimensional range of cells.
