| dc.description | Diurnal fluctuations in the energy parameters of bioluminescent signals are studied in Pleuromma gracilis and P. xiphias under conditions of natural lighting. The intensity of P. gracilis light flashes at night is maximal and exceeds its value in the afternoon by 1.5 times. In the organism, being in the dark for twenty-four hours, the level of light emission is quasistationary. When estimating the effect of temperature and lighting on the bioluminescent signal it is shown that the amplitude of flashes decreases with the lighting rise. The energy parameters of light emission increase with the temperature. The optimal temperature conditions of the emission reaction are determined on the basis of plotting the curve of the Copepoda emission intensity depending on the environmental temperature. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | В условиях естественной освещенности у копепод рода Pleuromamma отмечены суточные изменения энергетических параметров свечения. Интенсивность биолюминесценции P. gracilis максимальна в полночь и в 1,5 раза превышает ее значение в полдень. При оценке влияния температуры и освещенности на биолюминесцентный сигнал в эксперименте показано, что повышение освещенности снижает амплитуду вспышек. С увеличением температуры энергетические параметры светоизлучения возрастают. На основании построенной температурной кривой интенсивности свечения P. gracilis из различных районов океана определены оптимальные температурные условия свечения, реакции светоизлучения. | en_US |
