Аннотация
В районе Севастополя на глубине 16 м в трех опытных установках в течение 3,5 месяцев развивались сообщества свободноживущих нематод. Выявлена роль Mytilus galloprovincialis в их формировании. В контрольных условиях и в установках с наличием мидий обнаружено сообщество нематод Paramonhystera setosa. Высказано предположение, что становление определенного комплекса нематод в эксперименте в первую очередь определил характер заданного грунта. Дальнейшее его процветание или угнетение происходит в процессе жизнедеятельности мидий. Наличие мидий плотностью поселения 5 экз/0,1 м2 оптимально для данного сообщества в течение экспозиции, 10 экз/0,1 м2 определяет замещение одного сообщества нематод другим.

Free-living nematode communities developed for 3.5 months in three experimental installations at a depth of 16 m near Sevastopol. The Mytilus galloprovincialis significance for their formation is revealed. Under control conditions and in installations with mussels a Paramonhystera setosa nematode community was observed. An assumption is made that it was the character of the prescribed ground which, in the first place, has determined the formation of a certain nematode complex in the experiment. Its further development or depression depends on the vital activity of mussels. The presence of mussels with the population density of 5 specimens/0.1 m2 is optimum for the given community during the whole exposition period, the 10 specimens/0.1 m2 density determines the replacement of one nematode community by the other.
