Abstract
Изучен половой процесс у пеннатной диатомовой водоросли Haslea subagnita. Гаметогенезу предшествует спаривание клеток противоположного пола. В обоих гаметангиях образуется по две стационарные гаметы, которые не перерасполагаются и не округляются. Аллогамная копуляция гамет возможна только при соприкосновении половых партнеров поясками. Зиготы и ауксоспоры располагаются между теками разнополых гаметангиев. Ауксоспоры одной пары параллельны друг другу и апикальным осям родительских клеток. На примере H. subagnita обсуждается возможное значение утраты гаметами миграционного поведения в эволюции типов полового процесса у диатомовых водорослей.
Description
Method of sexual reproduction was studied in pennate diatom Haslea subagnita. Pairing of different sex cells precedes to gametagenesis. Two stationary gametes are formed in each gametangium. Re-arrangement and rounding of gametes do not occur. Allogamous copulation of gametes is possible only when sexual partners are touched with their girdles. Zygotes and auxospores arrange between thecae of different sex gametangia. Auxospores in pair is parallel each other and to apical axis of parental cells. On the example of H. subagnita the suppositional significance of loss of migratory behaviour of gametes for evolution of diatom sexuality is discussed.
