| dc.description | The qualitative and quantitative development of benthic diatoms which inhabit the solid substrates in area of Caradag Preserve water on the depths from 0,2 to 10 m has been studied. The highest values of number and biomass of cells have been observed on the levels 0,2-1 m by the increasing depth they diminish. The increase of microphytobenthos abundance has been observed in the eutrophic biotope. The number of diatoms on the overgrown with macrophytes substrate is higher than in the non-overgrown ones. The maximum taxonomic variety of diatoms is marked on the levels 5-10 m. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Изучали количественное и качественное развитие донных диатомей, обитающих на каменистых субстратах в акватории Карадагского заповедника, на глубинах от 0,2 до 10 м. Наибольшие значения численности и биомассы клеток отмечены на горизонтах 0,2-1 м, с глубиной они уменьшаются. Увеличение обилия микрофитобентоса наблюдается в эвтрофированных биотопах. На обросших макрофитами субстратах численность диатомей выше, чем на необросших. Наибольшее таксономическое разнообразие диатомей отмечено на горизонтах 5-10 м. | en_US |
