ВЕЛИЧИНЫ И РАСПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ КОНЦЕНТРАЦИЙ ХЛОРОФИЛЛА «А» И ФЕОФИТИНА «А» НАД БАНКАМИ В ЮЖНОЙ АТЛАНТИКЕ

| dc.description | The fluorimetric method was used to measure chlorophyll „a" and pheophytin „a" concentration in the surface and photosynthesis layers over the banks in the South Atlantics. The results obtained from these measurements are presented in the work. Statistical analysis of the results has revealed a random character of the chlorophyll „a" concentration distribution in the surface and photosynthesis layers. The lack of deterministic component testifies to the fact that the banks under study exert no essential influence on the distribution of the pigment concentration. About 40-50% of pheophytin are found in the surface layer of the ocean and this chlorophyll-pheophytin ratio remained up to the depth of occurrence of the maximal pigment concentration. The pheophytin percentage increased with the depth and amounted to 90-100% on the levels of 150-200 m. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Представлены результаты измерения концентраций хлорофилла «а» и феофитина «а» в поверхностном слое и слое фотосинтеза над банками в Южной Атлантике с помощью флюориметрического метода. Статистический анализ результатов показал случайный характер распределения концентраций хлорофилла «а» в поверхностном слое и слое фотосинтеза. Отсутствие детерминированной составляющей свидетельствует, что исследованные банки не оказывали существенного влияния на распределение концентрации пигмента. В поверхностном слое океана обнаружено до 40—50% феофитина, и это соотношение хлорофилла и феофитина сохранялось вплоть до глубины залегания максимальной концентрации пигмента. С глубиной процент феофитина увеличивался и достигал 90—100% на горизонтах 150—200 м. | en_US |
