Аннотация
Представлены результаты экспериментов по изучению суточной динамики хлорофилла «а» в культурах морских планктонных водорослей при естественном освещении. У большинства изученных видов за световой день содержание хлорофилла уменьшается в два раза, ночью не меняется, а утром увеличивается до такого же уровня, как и в предыдущий день в такое же время. Предполагается, что утром хлорофилл «а» синтезируется из его предшественника, накопившегося в темноте. Исключение составляют Ditylum brightwellii и Phaedoactylum tricornutum, обладающие высокоустойчивой пигментной системой к действию света. У этих видов содержание хлорофилла не меняется в течение суток.
Аннотация (alternative)
Six of eight species of marine planktonic algae studied have, on the average, a twofold decrease in the relative content of chlorophyll "a" during a light day, and this is probably the result of the algae pigment system response to the solar radiation effect. The content of chlorophyll "a" in D. brightwellii and Ph. tricornutum remains unchanged during the day, which evidences for a high light stability of the pigment apparatus of the given species. At night algae with a low stability of the pigment system do not change the content of chlorophyll "a". An increase in the content of chlorophyll "a" in the morning is probably due to its synthesis from protochiorophyllide accumulated at night.
