Abstract

Суммарное значение свободной энергии (F) переноса трех протонов при диссоциации АТФ колеблется в пределах 16-20 ккал/моль, а подвижность протона много больше подвижности фосфорильной группы. Экспериментальные данные подтверждают гипотезу окислительно-восстановительного механизма переноса энергии НТФ.

Description

On the basis of investigations on photoassimilation of biocarbonate and phosphate-ions labelled with carbon-14 and phosphorus-32 it is shown that in the process of photosynthesis the energy power of the bicarbonate-ions reduction of algae is by 4 orders of magnitude greater than maximum one of the phosphorylation processes. The similar relation of energy flows is obtained at the ’’output’’ from the cell. It is concluded that the mechanisms of photosynthetic and oxidative phosphorylation in the unbrocken cells of algae either don’t function completely or their power is very low. The hypothesis is proved according to which the macroorgic phosphates are regarded in general as one of possible but not main energy source of biosynthesis and metabolism. The redox reactions are the energy source in the algae cells, in the course of these геасtions the chemical hydrogen energy is transformed into electric one omitting the processes of phosphorilation. This electric energy is regarded as the direct energy source of intercellular metabolism. The transformation of the hydrogen chemical energy into electric one and vice versa is assumed to perform by moand of the system of intercellular membrans.
