Abstract
Исследована зависимость между содержанием суммарных липидов, отдельных липидных фракций и жирных кислот в белых мышцах и гонадах производителей горбуши Onchorhynchus gorbuscha и выживаемостью икры на стадии «глазка» (возраст 1,5 месяца) и предличинок (возраст 3 месяца). Выживаемость икры и предличинок коррелирует с содержанием докозагексаеновой кислоты С22:6ω3 (7=0,72—0,82) и суммарных полиненасыщенных жирных кислот (7=0,69—0,79) в триацилглицеридах мышц самок. Ни по одному из других рассмотренных показателей корреляции с выживаемостью не обнаружено.
Description
The dependence between the total lipid content, individual lipid fractions, fatty acids in white muscles and gonads of salmon Onchohynchus gorbuscha producers and survival rate of eggs at the age of 1,5 month and prelarvae at the age of 3 months has been studied. The survival rate of eggs and prelarvae correlates with the content of docosahexaenoic acid С22:6ω3 (r=0,72—0,82) and also with the total polyenoic fatty acids (r=0,68—0,79) in triacylglycerides of female muscles. The correlation with the survival rate was not found in all other considered parameters.
