| dc.description | Seasonal dynamics of the ATPase activity, content of inorganic phosphorus and protein in mitochondria of the liver, red and white muscles of three species of the Black Sea fishes (Sea scorpion, high body pickarel, Mediterranean scad) has been determined for a period of complete annual cycle. It is established that values of the studied indices considerably vary during a year and depend on the tissue type, fish species and the annual cycle period. It is shown that the ratio of the ATPase activity of mitochondria in red and white fish muscles change for a year and depends on the natural fish mobility. Differences between red and white muscles in the value of the ATPase activity content of inorganic phosphorus and protein in mitochondria are more considerable. the higher is the natural fish mobility. The incubation temperature was studied for its effect on the ATPase activity of tissue mitochondria as well. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Определяли сезонную динамику АТФ-азной активности, содержания фосфора неорганического (Фн) и белка в митохондриях печени, красных и белых мышц трех видов черноморских рыб (скорпены, смариды, ставриды) на протяжении полного годового цикла. Установлено, что величины исследованных показателей значительно изменяются в течение года и зависят от типа ткани, вида рыб, периода годового цикла. Показано, что соотношение АТФ-азной активности митохондрий красных и белых мышц рыб изменяется на протяжении года и зависит от естественной подвижности рыб. Чем выше естественная подвижность рыб, тем значительнее различия между красными и белыми мышцами по величине АТФ-азной активности, содержанию Фн и белка в митохондриях. Исследовалось также влияние температуры инкубации на АТФ-азную активность митохондрий тканей. | en_US |
