Abstract
У закрепленных на полупроводниковом датчике силы калянусов в экспериментах длительностью до 37 суток при постоянных значениях температуры и в полной темноте установлен циркадный ритм локомоции преимущественно ротовыми конечностями, проявляющийся в диапазоне 10-97% их максимальной активности и имеющий выраженную зависимость периода от температуры (Q10 = 1,54). Суточный ритм с максимумом в вечернее и ночное время и минимумом в утренние часы наблюдался при температуре, близкой к таковой в условиях дневного обитания рачков в море (5-6°).
Description
In the experiments lasting up to 37 days, at a constant temperature and in complete darkness the copepods attached to a sensor maintained the circadian rhythm of locomotion, predominantly by mouth extremities. The rhythm was revealed within 10 to 97 percent of the copepods maximal activity and its period clearly depended on the temperature (Q10 = 1,54).,The circadian rhythm with the maximum at dusk and night, and the minimum at dawn was observed at a temperature close to that of the daytime sea (5-6°).
