Приводятся описания 5 новых видов рода Oncaea и самцов O. tenuimana Giesb., 1891 и O. longipes Shmeleva, 1969 из западной части Средиземного моря. Для каждого вида указаны районы и глубина, а также температура и соленость места обнаружения.

5 new species of the genus Oncaea are described. O. africana sp. n. resembles very much O. prendeli but differs from it by lesser size, form of genital segment, armorage of the 2nd joint of maxillipede and presence of 2 apical bristles on legs of the Vth pair. O. parobscura sp. n. is related to O. obscura but differs from it by the structure of the 2nd antennal joint and maxillipede. O. furnestini sp. n. resembles externally O. zernovi but differs from it by size and structure of antennae and maxillipede. O. alboranica sp. n. is most closely related to O. ornata but differs from it by the structure of antennae and maxillipede. O. minor sp. n. differs from the other representatives of the genus by small size (0.17 mm) and some taxonomical characters. Previously unknown males of 2 species of the genus Oncaea are also described.
