Abstract

Description

Total lipid content and lipid composition in the body of Azov Anchovy during pre- and migration seasons of 1993—1995 had been studied. The data obtained indicate physiological conditions and food supply of Azov Anchovy during different years. The equation of positive linear regression between total lipid content and dry weight had been calculated. Field express-method of lipid determination by dry weight is proposed.
