| dc.description | Semidiurnal changes in the abundance of zooplanktonic organisms in the total habitation layer are shown. Maximum values of zooplanktonic organisms are obtained at 9-10 a. m. and 21-22 p. m., that is explained by the diurnal rhythm of grazing and reproduction of zooplanktonic organisms. As to the authors' opinion the diurnal reproduction rhythm of zooplankton is a result of the known diurnal reproduction rhythm of phytoplankton which is the main food component of the former. | en_US |
