| dc.description | Quantitative distribution of cyanobacteria regarding total bacterioplankton was studied in the Mediterranean Sea and seawards off the west Africa in November, 1985 — January, 1986. The luminescent microscopy method allowed to establish that the chroococcoidal cyanobacteria quantity was 2-3 order less than of the non-luminescent bacterial cells. The cyanobacterial cells differed from those of bacteria by larger size and volume exceeding, in average, that of the latter fourfold. The cyanobacterial biomass appreciably (5-15%) contributed the total bacterioplankton biomass only at the surface (0-30 m). | |
| dc.description.abstract | В Средиземном море и у западного побережья Африки в ноябре 1985 — январе 1986 гг. проводили изучение количественного распределения цианобактерий по сравнению с общим бактериопланктоном. Методом люминесцентной микроскопии было установлено, что количество хроококкоидных цианобактерий было на два-три порядка меньше численности нелюминесцирующих бактериальньх клеток. Клетки цианобактерий отличались от бактериальных клеток более крупными размерами и превосходили их объемы в среднем в 4 раза. Биомасса цианобактерий лишь в поверхностных горизонтах (0-30 м) составляла ощутимую долю (5-15%) от суммарной биомассы бактериопланктона. | |
