Статья посвящена исследованию суточной и фазовой изменчивости содержания углеводов у морских одноклеточных водорослей в условиях естественного освещения. Содержание углеводов у различных представителей фитопланктона в течение суток изменяется от двух-трех до десяти раз. В светлое время суток происходит накопление углеводов, в темное — их трансформация. Суточные максимумы накопления углеводов приходятся на вторую половину дня, минимумы — на первые утренние часы. Величины суточных максимумов (содержание углеводов в пересчете на клетку и процентах от сухого веса) не являются постоянными у одного и того же вида и зависят от условий и фазы роста.
Аннотация (alternative)
Diurnal and phase variability of the carbohydrate content in cultures of marine phytoplankters have been studied. Results of this study are presented. Under conditions of natural light the carbohydrate content in different representatives of phytoplankton varies for 24 hours from two-three to ten times. In the light hours of the day carbohydrates are accumulated and in the dark hours they are consumed. Maxima of the carbohydrate accumulation fall on the second half of the light day and minima — on the first morning hours. The values of daily maxima (the carbohydrate content calculating per a cell and percentage of the dry weight) are not constant and depend on conditions and phase of the growth: at the lag-phase diurnal maxima increase at the logarithmical stage they are approximately the same and at the stationary one they again begin to rise.
