| dc.description | Studies in the microelement composition and content of ash in the soft part of the body of mussels cultivated on rope-like collectors in the Odessa bay (the region of cape Bolshoi Fontan) have shown that in most cases mussels of collectors were characterized by higher concentrations of some microelements and higher content of ash than mussels of natural settlements of the same region collected at the same time. Young mussels (the length of the shell less than 2 cm) concentrate microelements to a greater extent than molluscs of 2—3 and 3—4 cm. Differences in the content of microelements in mussels with colour-different shells (brown, violet, striped) are insignificant. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Методом эмиссионного спектрального анализа исследовано содержание 15 микроэлементов и золы в мягкой части тела мидий, культивируемых в Одесском заливе в районе м. Большой Фонтан, а также естественных поселений того же района. Содержание ряда микроэлементов у мидий, выращенных на веревочных коллекторах, выше, чем у моллюсков естественных субстратов. Наибольшие концентрации микроэлементов найдены у молодых особей мидий с длиной раковины менее 2 см. Различия микроэлементов состава у мидий разной окраски раковины незначительны. У мидий коллекторов и естественных поселений содержание микроэлементов колеблется в зависимости от размера раковины моллюсков и времени года. | en_US |
