Seasonal changes in the composition and number indices in the Sevastopol Bay are studied for the first time. A combined method suggested by the author with a net and bathometer employment is applied for collection and registration of the organisms. The method permits sufficiently complete account of the micro- and mesozooplankton organisms. The properties of the zooplankton composition, quantitative characteristics and their seasonal changes caused by natural and anthropogenic factors are found. Microzooplankton is shown to play the leading role in creation of total zooplankton mass.
