Аннотация
Исследовано влияние бихромата калия в возрастающих концентрациях от 0,1 до 5,0 мг/л на культуры морских одноклеточных водорослей: зеленую Dunaliella tertiolecta и диатомовую Phaeodactilum tricornutum. Установлен единый механизм ответной реакции на токсикант у обоих видов. Пороговые концентрации бихромата у зеленых водорослей на порядок ниже, чем у диатомовых.
Аннотация (alternative)
Effect of kalium bichromium in the increasing concentration from 0,1 to 5,0 mg/l on two marine unicellular Green and Diatomic Algae cultures has been studied. The responses of both algae species on this toxicant have the same mechanism. Essential differences of threshold concentrations of this toxicant for studied algae species are revealed. The threshold concentrations are significantly lower for the Green Algae than for Diatomic ones.
