| dc.description.abstract | Предложен способ культивирования Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitler, при котором из питательной среды Заррука исключается сода, основной компонент определяющий стоимость среды, и вводиться 0,2 г/л NaOH. Источником углерода для микроводорослей при определенной скорости барботажа служат гидрокарбонат-ионы, образованные из СО2 воздуха. Приведены ростовые характеристики и основные биохимические показатели спирулины, при выращивании на «щелочной» среде и среде Заррука. | en_US |
