The regularity of the dynamics of estradiol, which consists in reducing the concentration of estradiol in the Black Sea mussels as they mature. Found intersexual differences in the ratio of estradiol levels. In the female genital products - oocytes estradiol concentration was 539.5 ± 122.8 pg / g. | dc.description.abstract | Описано количественное содержание стрероидного полового гормона эстрадиола в гонадах и половых продуктах на разных стадиях жизненного цикла черноморской мидии. Выявлена закономерность динамики эстрадиола, заключающаяся в снижении концентрации эстрадиола у черноморской мидии по мере созревания. Обнаружены межполовые различия в соотношении уровня эстрадиола. В женских половых продуктах - яйцеклетках концентрация эстрадиола составила 539.5 ± 122.8 пг/г. В сперматозоидах концентрация эстрадиола составила 194.4 ± 59.2 пг/г. | en_US |
